We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our consultation time

Using a detailed staging checklist, we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers.

The detailed report also includes "Open House Checklist" & "Closet Organization Checklist"

Mini-makeover includes physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommedations

Blank Canvas Transformation
Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and this is where we shine!
We specialize in transforming your blank canvas into visually appealing spaces for buyers by using the latest, modern and trending furniture and accessories. We enable a buyer to see themselves living in the home by emotionally connecting them to key areas in each room. We will stay with the style of the home so that every room is just right.

Typical vacant staging fee including the first month's rental of furniture and accessory is $1 to $4 per square foot, customized for your home.
